Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! We wanted to share Lanie’s Vavoom experience with you all. She came in because her friends gifted her a Vavoom shoot for her birthday! We love you Lanie!

“My Vavoom experience was a surprise 40th birthday present, given to me by a really supportive group of friends, that I consider the sisters, I never knew I needed. (To my friends and family: Yes, I admitted my true age publicly.) So, my experience was overwhelming in the best way possible! Everyone I encountered at Vavoom that day was amazing and supportive. It was a great day had by all! 

Actually, about and hour after my shoot. My friends and I decided to continue my birthday celebration on the lakefront with some wine and cheese. On our short walk from the car to the lake, an overzealous Chicago bicyclist ran over my foot! I wasn’t going to let that ruin our day, so we continued on. The following Monday, I found out my foot was broken in four places! So, I basically spent the following four months in a super unsexy walking boot!

My Vavoom album represents a moment in time, when my friends went all out to make me feel loved and appreciated. In the end, that’s all that really matters.
